Room Reservation
- Full payment is required upon reservation confirmation.
- Any reservation changes must be made in writing and are subject to room availability.
- Room rates are charged in Thai Baht (THB) per room per night.
Modification, Cancellation, or No-show
- Reservation changes are allowed without penalty if made at least 48 hours prior to check-in, subject to room availability and applicable new rates. Please review the specific conditions of your booking.
- No changes are allowed during peak season, long holidays, or public holidays such as Songkran, Christmas, and New Year.
- Cancellations are not permitted. However, one-time date changes are allowed within 6 months of the original reservation.
- The 48-hour period is based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- No-shows without prior notice at least 48 hours in advance will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Some promotional bookings may be non-changeable or non-refundable. Please review the promotion details carefully before booking.
Check-in
- All guests must present a valid ID card or passport at check-in and pay the full room fee including a THB 200 key deposit in cash, refundable upon check-out and return of the room key.
Minimum Check-in Age
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in / Check-out Time
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM
- Check-out: by 12:00 PM (noon)
- Early Check-in Fees:
- 08:00 – 14:00: 50% of room rate
- Before 08:00: Full room rate
- Late Check-out Fees:
- 12:00 – 18:00: 50% of room rate
- After 18:00: Full room rate
- Note: Please contact the front desk in advance for early check-in or late check-out requests.
Children Policy
- Children are welcome. A 'child' is defined as a guest aged 12 years or under.
- No extra charge for children without an extra bed.
- Children under 2 years stay free, sharing the bed with parents.
- One child aged 2–12 years can stay for free when sharing the bed with parents.
- For 2 adults + 2 children, a Triple Room must be booked.
- No baby cots are provided.
Occupancy Policy
Maximum occupancy per room type:
- Double Holm (Deluxe King Bed): 2 adults
- Twin Holm (Deluxe Twin Bed): 2 adults
- Corner Holm (Deluxe King Bed): 2 adults
- Exclusive Corner Holm (Deluxe King Bed): 2 adults
- Trio Holm (Deluxe Triple Room): 2–3 adults
- Family Holm (Family Room): 3-4 adults
- A fine of THB 1,000 per extra person will be charged for exceeding the maximum occupancy.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and rooms.
- Violation will result in a THB 5,000 fine.
Noise Policy
- Please avoid making excessive noise, especially after 10:00 PM.
- The hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if a guest causes disturbances to others.
General Terms & Conditions
- Pets are not allowed.
- Cooking is not allowed in the rooms.
- Durian is prohibited in the rooms, even if vacuum-sealed.
- Dangerous items such as flammables, chemicals, explosives, and weapons are not allowed on the premises.
- Illegal activities such as drug use, gambling, fighting, loud disturbances, prostitution, or inappropriate behavior are strictly forbidden. Violators will be fined THB 2,000 and reported to authorities.
- Do not remove or move furniture without permission. Guests are liable for damages or losses based on assessed value.
- Do not use electrical appliances with incompatible wattage without a power adapter.
- Emergency exits are for emergencies only.
- Parking is available, but the hotel is not responsible for vehicles or belongings left inside.
- All visitors must leave their ID or passport at the front desk. The hotel reserves the right to allow or deny visitor access.
